Ashtanga and the Moon

While perusing some yoga sites, I came across a tidbit that I've not yet heard. Ashtanga yoga devotees are not supposed to practice on the days of a new moon or full moon. Interesting. Rather than paraphrase the reasoning behind it, visit the Ashtanga Yoga Center site to learn more about moon days.
